Animation Narration
One balmy, summer's night, Granny left her condo wearing her most prized jewels. She was going to a ball. Now, grannys should not hobble alone at night...even very independent grannys.
*visual* She noticed how dirty the street was and how dark the alleys were between the buildings.
Granny began to wonder if she should have taken a taxi.
SUDDENLY, something awful happened!
(Tom, does this part need to go?) {Granny couldn't do anything! She was too scared to even raise her cane! Then, the hoolagin was gone!}
Granny thought fast. *visual* She called the Sponge Detective. *visual*
"Help me! My most prized jewels have been stolen!"
*visual* she shouted into the phone. *visual*
"I'll be right there,"
*visual* the Sponge Detective assured her. *visual*
Quick as rain, he arrived
*visual* and surveyed the scene. *visual*
There were very few cules, but...
*visual* his keen, detective's eye noticed something on the ground.
"Hm, an extra, extra, extra large, shadowy shoe print..." Sponge thought.
Being the owner of the only shoe store in the town, he scanned his spongy brain and remembered something:
*visual* fitting a man with an extra, extra, extra large foot last week!
The Sponge Detective had to go NOW!
The Shadow Man must have known the Sponge Detective would come looking for him.
*visual* The Shadow Man was halfway to the train station when Sponge caught up.
*visual* Sponge dove.
*visual* Sponge emerged from the shadows holding the culprit.
*visual* The crowd gasped.
When pressed, all the jewel snatcher said was, "Recruiting gets harder every year..."
(Is that too short?)
