The house has an offer...Yikes!

First, my apologies that it's been sooo long since I've posted! I've been busy meeting with ppl and just having fun in this awesome city!

Answers to commonly asked questions:
Are you lonely in that big house? Not usually. :) I love having a place to come "home" to and relax (as long as I have my internet). Without the internet and my cell phone, I would be much worse off.

Do you have a job yet? No.

Have any of your meetings given you any leads? No.

Are you having a good time? The time of my life!

What's the best thing you've done so far? Explore grocery stores!

Are you just wasting time? No.

How did your meetings go last week? I've been meeting some great people. As I've already stated, none of them have led to any job prospects, but it's the first step.

Have you lost your faith in such a cosmopolitan, secular, atheistic, money-loving, self-indulgent city? Heck no! This experience has made me rely on God in a way that I haven't in a long time. I have been to Redeemer Pres the first two Sundays I was here. The preaching is outstanding, but it's hard to meet ppl. Today, I went to The Village Church. The preaching was so-so, but that ppl were amazing!

Have you seen anyone shot? ...What?

I love your spunky responses to the self-inflicted questions and the photos make me want to be there with you! Thank you for taking the time to share this amazing experience with all of us.

Please stop in at Times Square Church for a service and let me know what you think. They have a great outreach to the people of the city. David Wilkerson issues a newsletter every 3 weeks and has a website called worldchallenge.org highlights the mission work. This is a "mustdo". Uncle J.
