Instability
I heard back from AACSS. They said did not offer me the job, but Sister Eileen said it was a hard decision. The only reason why they chose the other lady was b/c she speaks French. So, that's that. I'm about ready to come home, but I would just be looking for a job there, too. We'll see what happens. A few things are wearing on me:
not being able to cook b/c I don't have any utensils, pots and pans, and spices;
wearing the same seven shirts;
not having close friends;
not having my guitar;
It's so hard to get ppl to commit to doing anything. They'll say things like "I'll check my schedule", "maybe", and "we'll see". Not like home.
Mira came in from Germany for Fashion Week, and we met up. :) Here we are at the top of the Empire State building:

Sam, I'm sorry to read that ppl in NY haven't realized your talent yet! I can imagine it would be hard not to be able to cook for a while. We are getting homesick for home cookin' and for friends as well. I'll be praying for you...
Hi Sam! Sorry to hear that you didn't get the job. I can agree with you that God definately has a plan for you life! Wish I could send you Moses! ;) Check out Steven Curtis Chapman's song "You are being Loved"
