This is a poster I found on the street in Rome. You can tell that "Privato Acquista" is written on with marker because of the various line weights and orientation of the letters. The boldness of the letters draws attention to them, which is the obvious point.
The secondary information is computer generated with bold, bullets, and all-caps used. The handwritten information at the bottom must have been an after-thought.
This layout is not balanced, nor is it asthetically pleasing. It is a homemade sign with one purpose in mind: get the message out about an apartment for sale.
