30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray
That's what I'm watching right now. :) I like Rachael Ray.
Let me tell you about my day: I started my job at The Greenhouse Grille today! And guess what...it was so much better than Hugo's!! :) I'm going back for a second day tomorrow. (And that's more than I can say about Hugo's.) How come the majority of people who work in kitchens are men, but it seems so hard to find a guy that cooks?? I don't get it. Anyway, all of the guys that I work with are really nice, and the atmosphere is so much brighter and more professional than Hugo's. Clayton, one of the two chefs, runs his car on BioDiesel! He uses all of the grease from the restaurant, so, not only does he not have to pay for the grease to be taken away, but he also doesn't have to pay for gas! If only my car ran on diesel...
My job with FYE is practically over. I'm meeting with my bosses this week to discuss the end. I'll be glad that I don't have to deal with the disorganization, but I'll miss the good pay and flexible hours. But, the sporadic assignments, I will not miss.
I'm still learning more about the AuPair job in Lugano, Switzerland. Right now, I'm trying to find out if the family will pay for my way home after I stay for a year. If they say "yes", I'm off! If they say "no", I may still do it.
I still don't know what I want to do with my life. I don't know if I should pursue graphic design by continuing my education or if I should move and look for a job or if I should stay in Fayetteville or Fort Smith and get my start or if I should go to Culinary school or if I should get my TEFL certification and teach in a foreign country! :) But I'm happy, and I'm trusting God to lead me and guide me down the right path.
Does anybody read this anymore?

anyway, i'm glad to hear that you're liking the Greenhouse Grille. I've eaten there once, with jess, it was fancy for me.
I'd like to say that it'd be neat if you stayed around and we saw each other more, but that probably won't happen, so instead I'll say "I hope you get the job you're supposed to take!"

To answer your question. yes I do still read your block. i just don't get a chance to hit it every single day. Once every 3rd day is about the average.
We should get together sometime this week and do something. Caroline? You game for doing something?
